iCloud Photo Library ongoing uploading issues.

I'm going to go ahead and say that this feature is just not ready for prime time. iCloud Photo Library just stops syncing and gets stuck no matter what I do. I've turned it off and back on and then it works for a time. And then, it just stops working. Both my iPhone and my iPad get stuck. It says it has stuff to upload and download on both devices and it just can't for some reason. I can't believe the only solution is to turn off and on, hard reset etc to get his thing to work. At that point, it's just not worth It.

i have the latest iOS updates, more than enough storage space.... It just seems broken For me and many others. Unless there is a true fix that makes this feature run reliably, I'm just going to turn it off. Does a solution exist?

sorry for the rant, frustrated.
