Unable to sync my iPhone 6 with iTunes 12.1.2.27

I have iPhone 6 and I am unable to sync the music with itune after I updated it to the latest yesterday.

I stuck at step 4, taking back up of app, and unable to proceed further in any case..

What to do now...?

This is irritating.. ios *****... bc

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3, itune sucks
