connection of Airport time capsule with NBN internet and extending wifi with Airport.

Got NBN from TPG, had ADSL from TPG for Over 2 yrs ,Airport was working excellent with ADSL connection for extending my wifi, now I am unable to connect the apple airport time capsule to new modem from TPG as this stops the internet wifi straightway .

Talked tech support from TPG and they are advising me that any equipment/router/modem or laptop connected with their modem/router drains all internet and slowing my internet and not working because is Blocking the Modem from TPG !!!!!!

Pls someone can advise on it.

What modem router did you get from TPG?

Reset the AE to factory and start over.. this should now be in bridge mode.. and create a wireless network with different name to the TPG router.

You can then extend the wifi .. but only with another apple router.. you cannot extend TPG wireless.
