Moving pictures within albums
The how does one move a picture to another album :-(
I'm not able to drag and drop with a picture view.
In which app? iPhoto or Photos?

Move photos within an album as the title states? Or move photos between albums as the body states?
Version of iPhoto (or Photos) and of the OS?
Details are important to get answers

I'm sorry. I edited my original post ( and cut too much info) after figuring out how to move images from one album to another in PHOTO.
I didn't know that one had to call up a side bar to see the list of albumn.
