Contacts not syncing

I entered a batch of new contacts into my Macbook Pro today. They have not synced with the contact app on either my iPhone or iPad. I have a home WiFi network. All the appropriate on/off buttons for syncing on all three devices are set to on. I have opened the contact app on the Mac and turned both devices off and on and opened the contact app on both of them. No joy. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro is running 10.10.3, devises are running 8.3, iPad is running 8.3. iPhone is a 6+, iPad is Gen3.
