With ios 8.3 wi-fi connection issues are damned back!

After upgrading my iPhone 6 and my iPad air the wifi connection problems are once again back as happend with ios8!!!

Now the connection speed sudden drops to less than 1Mbps from 14Mbps and goes up with no actions taken!

My router is a Time capsule 4th gen. Anybody facing same issue?
