Problem with new ordered storage
I was charged for storage of 20GB, but i still have no access, only for 5GB which is free?! I wrote to support team but still have no answer?! Any idea??

ok so when you upgrade your iCloud storage plan , you won't see a change on your phone unless you go to settings-> iCloud -> storage , then you will see the total storage & available storage -> useful link iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades - Apple Support
