I am using Mail and Time Machine. I deleted by mistake the P.O. box "deleted messages", no problem I thought I have Time machine, yes I can restore some Mails (by each day) of the P.O.box but I want to restore ALL the mails I deleted.

Restoring whole mail box is a bit more tricky.. It will not restore it to the same folder, lest you end up with multiple boxes.

Yosemite might behave.. slightly differently.. do not expect the mail box restored to same place so watch carefully where it goes.
