New Iphone 6. Issues with Safari with iOS 8.3. Cannot open any web page in Safari. Keep getting the message, "Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred".

New IPhone 6, issues with Safari not opening web pages. "Too many redirects occurred". iOS 8.3. Cannot open anything from Safari, get same message. I've tried following directions from other answers to this question, but I don't have a "preferences" option, or a "develop" menu, or any way to empty the cache...I have cleared history and website data, from the Safari settings menu, doesn't help. What do I do from here?
