my apple id is disabled and i dont remember my birthday to reset id. is there any solution

Apple might be able to help:

Other than that, you are probably out of luck.

If you have the original receipt for the iPad showing the serial number & proving you're the owner, you could try taking it to Apple to see if there's anything they can do but the the activation lock is there for a reason, to prevent unauthorized access to your device.

It's important you keep your passcode & Apple ID info in a safe place for just this reason.
