Displaying Mac screen on iPhone 6

I recently purchased a Google Cardboard VR headset for my iPhone 6 (I cannot afford an Oculus!). I have already installed and played the apps that work with it onto my phone, but I wanted to go further. By any chance, is it possible to play an oculus-rift supporting game on my laptop, and use some kind of application (or the iPhone USB cable) to stream whatever my laptop display is showing onto my iPhone 6? I've searched this question multiple times, but the only results are how to stream my iPhone display on my computer (I need vice versa), or apps that merely allow you to scroll down on your computer or swipe, but none that display what's happening on the laptop's screen.

I know this is a bit far fetched, but it's worth a try. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂.

I don't know how the results would be but you could always try something like TeamViewer or LogMeIn or something similar. These are simply remote desktop applications that you can view your desktop screen on your iPhone
