iTunes Playlist Transfer to iPhone

Hi,

Since the new iTunes update I've noticed my iPhone is missing certain playlists and I also noticed playlists I had deleted years ago are now on my iPhone.

How do I select which playlists I want on my iPhone?

I'm hoping Im missing something really obvious 🙂
