since upgrading to ios8.3, my phone screen has part of the bottom row missing from the icons used for favourites, recent, contacts etc

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

I guess I thought the reboot after install would have been enough!

In such situations you double tap the screen with THREE fingers.

You turn this zoom on or off in Settings->General->Accesibilty->Zoom
