Problems with keychain (Local items) in Mavericks

Hello guys,

I have a problem with the keychain of local ítems in Mavericks everytime I change the password of my network user. It ask for a password and I have to delete the folder (with long name) located in \user\Library\keychains and later to restart the computer.

This step solve the problem temporarily but when I change the password, the problem appears again.

Somebody know how I can solve this problem definitely?
