When trying to manage my subscriptions on my apple ID I am unable to delete my grindr xtra subscription. I have my auto subscribe turned off. I can not edit or delete subscription.

Turning off the auto-renewal of the subscription is all that you can do, you can't delete them from that screen
How do you unsubscribe to grindr xtra subscription?
