How do you create gutter margins for a print book in Pages?

Help! I am formatting a print book. I have always used Pages for this. I recently upgraded to Yosemite and the newest version of Pages, and the book now looks perfect EXCEPT I can't find any place to create mirrored inside margins for the book gutter. I tried exporting to Word and working out of that - but Word doesn't support one of my fonts OR my odd page size (that I can find) and the resulting file was a mess. There has to be some way to do this!!!!!!

Mac mini (Late 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Unfortunately, there is no "Facing Pages" option in Pages 5.5.2 😠 😮

Nobody knows why (except Apple engineers and Tim Cook)

As I see in wikipedia pages – Pages suffer over year lack of development – no new feature, only minor fixies – It signals the tragic state of development or contempt of user reviews 😠 I don't know what's worse.

Cannot say how absolutely disgusted that they would delete this option from former versions. My opinion of Apple has dropped a big bunch!!!
