apart from the bluetooth issue then all those issues could as easy be carrier related rather then phone related
If it's been replaced multiple times, then the problem is not the phone. Restore the phone as new. Do NOT restore your backup. Test it thoroughly. It sounds like you have a carrier problem, and possible a less than compatible bluetooth device.
YES, I have this problem too. I've been researching it and it is not uncommon for iPhone 5C, thus, NOT a carrier problem. My phone is also frozen on 100% charge, the phone stops charging, all the while it is losing its charge, and then shuts down on me because it lost its charge (despite still reading 100% charge).

What troubleshooting have you done?
Have any of you had an iPhone 5C replaced 3 times for the same issue: time not updating, missed messages, Bluetooth not connecting? Apple keeps replacing the phone and ignoring the problem causing it.
