After taking pictures or videos, my camera locks and iCloud message appears saying "you are out of storage in your iCloud". I don't backup to iCloud nor do I use any photo sharing from devises. Why would my camera lock up?

What is the EXACT message you're getting?
iCloud says "storage is full", but I don't use iCloud
