How do I add videos to my playlist in ipod Nano 7g

I purchased a Nano ipod 7g yesterday. While I could create my complete playlist of songs, 'am not able to add video files onto my ipod. The user manual says the process is exactly same as creating a music playlist. However, I can't drag/fileupload a video from my desktop to Movie library.

Any help in this regard would be turly appreciated.
