Hello dear,

I have ipad i restore and activate id error accured it says this id is not use for unlocking ipad

I bought it new from safari shop in china i have original bill of my ipad plz unlock my ipad

iPad 2, iOS 8.1

For info we are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.


If you bought the iPad new and it's not recognising the id that you were using in Settings > iCloud on it, then you could try contacting iTunes Support (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership (e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it) before they might help.
