Is upgrade from 1.1GHz to 1.3GHz recommended?

I had previously asked about how the new Macbook would perform against my current 2009 MBP.

As a followup question, would upgrading from the 1.1 GHz Macbook to 1.3 GHz be advisable? Again, my usage is primarily web browsing, email, MS Office (excel and ppt) and occasional use of photoshop elements.

For undemanding cpu tasks, such as web browsing and word processing, a faster processor is not going to make a very big difference. Any work involving photo editing, though, will benefit from a faster processor. So, even doing occassional photo editing, you will eventually appreciate the faster processor.
