Is it possible to recover delete pics from "recently deleted" album?

Hello...

I recently delete a bunch of pics I didn't need.. but with those pics I also deleted mistakenly a few pics I needed... And yes from "all photos" and "recently deleted" albums... is there anyways I could recover these pics...? a software or something?

In the "recently deleted" album, there is a text saying; "Photos and videos show the days remaining before deletion. After that time, items will be permanently deleted. This may take up to 40 days." I know that when you delete a photo from the main album... it will be moved to this album and you'll have 30 days to recover it if you want to.... whats up with 40 days? does it mean there is a way I could recover it anyhow?

If the piccies are still in the Recently Deleted, just a question of selecting and moving them back to the Camera Roll or other eligible collection. Once they 'time out', they're gone for good. Just like pics get 'expired in the old My Photo Stream (which Apple is phasing out with the iCloud Photo Library) after awhile. Think of it like "the janitor came and emptied the garbage cans".

Some "recovery software" attempt to scrounge thru the device's flash storage marked empty and see if recognizable files can be found there. However, the more full you keep your phone, the less probability there will be of success.
