Hi. I just received my macpro and when I try to power on it takes me to a black page with a circle symbol then powers off. Do I need to let it charge or is there something I need to do? Thank you for any help you can relay
If you bought it direct from Apple, you have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange it for a full refund. Do not delay. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple store or call telephone support right away.
