where is Terminal on admin account?

where is Terminal on admin account?

I need to correct custom permissions. I understand that to do that, I must enter certain commands into Terminal. But when I enter admin account, I do not see "Terminal."

OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

Try again.

Do you have Terminal in other accounts?

Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal

use spotlight and type in "terminal" and it will come up, double click
