5s won't update because it does not recognize my apple ID
My phone keeps saying failed attempt when I try to update the software so I changed the password for my Apple ID turned my phone off and it still says failed attempt
Please check the error again. What exactly are you trying to do and at what point do you see an error. Failed attempt is not an error that I am familiar with, and what would make you want to change your password when you do not report that the error mentioned anything about a password.
