The Mac OS X system files will be on the SSD, which is faster. Over time, the files you use more often will also be put on it.

IiMac fusion got crash last night. Is that mean we don't know which is bad . Better replace both?
Take it to a retail Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

With a Fusion drive there is nothing the user needs to manage, i.e. OS X will see the Fusion drive as a single drive so when you need to access files and apps OS X "knows" where they are and will load and run them in the fastest method possible. A Fusion drive is simply an alternative for users that want better performance than a standard HD but cannot justify a dedicated SSD solution.
