Update apps via iTunes

For some reason, I am no longer able to update apps on the iPad by first updating them in iTunes. The update in iTunes works just fine but when I do a sync, the updated apps are not transferring.

Any clue how to fix this? Some setting somewhere?

Ipad Air (first edition)

IOS 8.3

Itunes 12.1.2.27 64-Bit

Windows 7 SP1 64-Bin
