restoring iPhone

hi there anyone , please if I should try to restore my iPhone backup on iOS 8.2 with iTunes on my computer would I be back on iOS 8.2 as I'm currently on iOS 8.3 as I wish to downgrade back to iOS 8.2 ?? many thanks

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2

Apple does not allow users to downgrade to an earlier operating system. If you find an unauthorized way to do this, it may void your warranty (and brick your iPhone).
