ios 8.3 wifi is too bad.
Recently updated to.iOS 8.3 (my biggest mistake), now WiFi is crap and does not work at all. What is the use of having a smart phone... Please fix it.

No, I will not fix it. You're going to have to do the troubleshooting yourself. What steps have you taken so far? Have you reset your network settings? Restored from back up? Restored as new? Tested on different networks? Made an appointment at the Genius Bar at you local Apple Store to have them evaluate it?
