Mid 2008 15in macBook Pro

Please can you tell me how to get HDMI compatible digital video and audio from my DVI equipped MBP? Is there an adapter and / or leads that will give me either a male or female HDMI output? Thank you.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), iPod Classic, iPod Touch(4.2.1)
