Network Diagnostics not Diagnosing

We've got 3 macs (Tiger) connected over a wireless linksys router.
One suddenly stopped connecting to the internet and try what I might I can't get it going again.

Using the ND I get green on Aiport, Airport Settings, Network Settings but red on ISP, Internet and Server.

It's weird, I've got IP phones working fine, two other macs and two PCs working fine and one mac refusing utterley to connect to the web.

Any ideas anyone?

Try the following, in order, until resolved:
1a. Delete Preferred Network(s)
- System Preferences > Network > AirPort > Configure
- In the "By default, join:" pull-down menu, select "Preferred networks"
- Delete the network(s) you regularly use from the list

1b. Delete AirPort Keychain Entries
- Launch the "Keychain Access" application located in Applications/Utilties.
- Click on the "Kind" filter at the top, and look for any "AirPort network password" entries...and delete them.
- Restart, or log out then back in.

1c. Add Preferred Network(s)
- System Preferences > Network > AirPort > Configure
- In the "By default, join:" pull-down menu, select "Preferred networks"
- Add the preferred network(s) using the "+" button.
- Restart or log out then back in.

2. Turn off the Mac OS X Firewall
- System Preferences > Sharing > Firewall
- Click the "Stop" button.

3. Reset the Power Management Unit (PMU)

4. Move System Configuration Files
- Move the folder /Library/Preferences/System Configuration to the Desktop. (Note: You will have to reestablish your network connections settings.)
- Restart (Note: If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can move the folder back to it's original location.)
