sms - Coming in late and repeat

So I am having a problem with my iPhone 6 on Sprint not receiving SMS messages on time and when I do receive them I get the message repeatedly. I have contacted Sprint they have activated and updated software profiles and still does not work. They said everything is good on their end and send me to go to Apple. I went to Apple and they restored my phone which I had already done myself 2 times and they did they same process contacted Sprint phone activated again. SMS messages come through problem is fixed! NOoooooooo! Hours later I continue to have the same problem. GO back to the Apple Store(Glendale Galleria) and make me wait 2 hours. Just do the same thing again!!!.
