2012 Macbook pro high ram usage

So, I have a 2012 Macbook pro. I upgraded it with a 250 GB Samsung 550 SSD and it has 8GB of ram. I'm monitoring the RAM usage with Dr. Cleaner (I found it in the app store) and the usage is always above 90%.

Here's the EtreCheck report:

Problem description:

You are seeing the New Normal with a third-party app that looks for the Old Normal. The "RAM Used" metric is no longer useful because Apple changed how the system reserves RAM starting with OS 10.9. The new system allows the system to reserve large blocksRAM for faster access and, although technically "used," is available faster than in OS10.8 and older.

Forget third-party utilties--Activity Monitor shows the new metrics: Swaps and Memory Pressure. You are using no swaps so I suspect your memory pressure is OK. My iMac has 12GB RAM and runs very fast; here are my current RAM metrics from Activity Monitor:

Note the lack of swaps and basically no memory pressure in spite of 11.7GB of 12GB reserved. This is now what is normal as long as your computer runs well.
