Forgot Apple ID password

I forgot my Apple ID password, and I desperately need it. I've submitted the 'forgot my Apple ID password' many times, and it says an email has been sent. And, till now, I haven't received any. I, also, forgot the security questions' answers. So, nothing seems to work.

You need to ask Apple to get you back into your Apple ID. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

Hello, Niel.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I've already tried that before. I'm in a kind of messy situation, but I'm still trying to submit forms.
