I get an email notification from 'no sender' while drafting emails on my PC.

Usually when drafting a longer email on my desktop through outlook, I get a notification on my phone from 'no sender'. I think the notification is just a saved draft of the email, but they are annoying and always distract me from finishing my email. Is there a way to turn off these notifications and keep the notifications for new emails from others?
