Is there a way to email from the new Photo? I photo had a way- I do not see anything to email

There should be a "Mail" option in the Share menu in Photos, if you set up Mail accounts.

Only, Photos does not have the nice templates that iPhoto had.

You will have to use the stationary in Mail.
