Importing Great Courses audio tracks

my iTunes library 12.1.2.27 and my Great Courses audio tracks are not showing up in my iTunes library. They are there in the Music folder but they don't display in iTunes. I have tried reimporting them and they show up in Recently Added. When I try to create a Playlist or Playlist Folder with them, they don't display (shows no items). They have the "ineligible" tag on them. When you buy the Great Courses, you have the option to download them in the iTunes format or another digital format. I have them on a small iPod which I use on walks to listen to the lectures but I want to put them on my iPhone 6. I understand that the "ineligible" tag indicates that they won't work with Match, which I subscribe to but don't understand why they will not display.

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Yosemite Beta, IPadAir/iPhone 6
