APP icons re-arranged after restrictions enable/disabled

We are using restriction functions in MDM to enable or disable some applications. These applications are put in a folder. But when disable and enable again, the folder is removed, and the applications in the folder are put everywhere in the desktop. The question is how can we keep the APP icon layout after re-enable the restrictions by MDM？

Users are organized and they want the icons to re appear where they were.

If not possible then this needs to be added as Enhancement ASAP
