Input Sources

When I open my computer on the top right it tells me I am Australian. When I select the input sources I cannot choose New Zealand. I could choose Maori but not New Zealand. A small thing but it irritates me immensely. Why is New Zealand not on the list of Input Sources when Maori is? And I am not Australian!
