Has anyone any idea when Apple are going to fix FaceTime

HHas anyone any idea when Apple are going to get round to fixing FaceTime for our Ipads?It seems to be every time they do an update something goes wrong.I thank everyone who has replied to my problem.But I still can not get Facetime to work.I am getting really annoyed about this issue as I want to use FaceTime when I go on holiday.

I also can cot get iCloud to work.
