Cinema Display w/ New iMac/MacBook Pro
I have an Apple 30" Cinema Display.
Is it possible to use an adapter to use it with a new iMac and/or MacBook Pro running FCP X 10.2?

Use a dual-link DVI to Mini DisplayPort adapter; no additional component is needed to connect it to a Thunderbolt port.
