Wrong aspect ratio when viewing the video stored in iCloud Photo Library

i have uploaded the video with 1440x1080 to iCloud Photo Library. But when viewing it from the phone, I can see the aspect ratio is not correct. I'm using the setting that optimize the size for devices for photos in the setting. If I download the original file from iCloud website, I can see the aspect ratio is correct in the original file.

this seems only happens for videos imported from third party vodeo cameras. For videos recorded by iPhone or iPad, it seems to be OK.

please help!
