I have update my sons age to the correct 10 years. i have received the request mail to confirm the age change and done that, but he is still listed as an adult in my family overview. In his Apple ID it says awaiting confirmation.
Can someone help?

I am having the same problem. I click the link on the email, log in to icloud, it reroutes me to itunes, I log in, enter the credit card code.....then nothing. VERY frustrating.

I am having this exact same issue - I keep resending the email and entering all the details again and no luck. I have just emailed Apple Support to see if they can tell me how to fix it as I am going to have to do it for my 13 year old as well and don't want the same head ache.
