Wifi connection Issue

I have updated to 8.3 and now am having wifi connection issues. I have reset network settings, toggled wifi networking off, and soft reset my phone. But I still cannot connect to my home wifi or other wifi networks. I get an "unable to connect" or "incorrect password" error. Fortunately I have unlimited data. However, last week I was traveling and in airport mode but unable to connect to any wifi. I need another solution!
