who to remove error 3014 and update and restore iphone?

i have updated my iphone 4s from ios 7.1.1 to latest ios. ios 8.3 is download to my pc. when i connected my iphone 4s to my windows operating system itunes asked me for 2 questions only.

1: udate

2: restore

and in both options the error came 3014. now my iphone is not showing anything on screen except connect iphone to itunes. what is the solution to my problem?

i have downloaded latest itunes every thing is just perfect as per requirements.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1

How did you download iOS 8.3 to your computer? If you did it any other way than connecting the phone to your computer and clicking Update in iTunes (that is, if you downloaded it separately from iTunes from some link) then that is your problem. Let iTunes select the correct file to download, without "help" from you.
