With the new iOS 8.3 I can't login to AppStore

have an iPhone 5s and I recently updated to iOS 8.3. when it was done I tried to login to my AppStore account but it did not work, it didn't giv me the "you have the wrong password" message it went back to the login button. I've tried with several accounts but none of the worked my account obviously works because I can login to apple through safari, I have the same problem with safari. can someone help me thx
