The iPad could not be updated. An unknown error occured (5). This error does not seem to be found anywhere. Anyone have any ideas...? iPad is locked up in restore mode with iTunes logo on screen asking to plug in USB cable. Restarted all-no help
I was trying to update the OS and got this error. Thought maybe the PC iTumes needed updating, which I did. But iPad still locked up in recovery mode. Attempts to perform updates or restores all fail with same error. HELP...!
