What type of power cord does an AppleTV 3 use?

I'm looking to bring an AppleTV over from North America to a friend in Kyrgyzstan (where there are no Apple Stores, unfortunately). Kyrgyzstan uses the European style plugs, but the only AppleTV's I can get here have the North American power cords.

I found an old post on MacRumors from 2010 that said the AppleTV at the time (2nd gen?) used an unpolarized C7 power cord:

Wondering if that's still the case? If I know what to buy, I can get him a European power cord.

I know he could just use an adapter, but it's not the most elegant solution, and the 2-prong adapters especially tend to not be a very snug fit in the wall.

Your help is much appreciated!
