Fan isn't working

I have installed iStat menu and Fan Control app before. But then I stopped using them and delete them. Here comes the problem. When I played games on my Mac, the CPU got very hot because the Fan isn't working properly. The Fan was only 1300rpm when the CPU was 72ºC, which is not good. I tried to reset SMC, but the Fan still not working properly. How to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
