My iphone 6 will not charge unless it is off. It won't connect via usb port in my car or computer. I checked the cord with another device and it works fine. any ideas as to how to fix the problem?
My iphone 6 will not charge unless it is off. It won't connect via usb port in my car or computer. I checked the cord with another device and it works fine. I also cleaned out the port and reset the phone. Any ideas as to how I can fix the issue or what the issue may be?
